TFS Docs is an internal flight-operations document and support application for authorized flight department users. Use this page for sign-in, access, account, and app-support questions.
Contact Support
For help with TFS Docs, contact your TFS Docs system administrator or your flight department scheduling/admin support contact.
If you cannot sign in, include your name, username/email, device type, and a short description of the problem so support can identify the account and issue quickly.
Common Issues
- Can’t sign in: confirm your username/email and password, then use “Forgot password?” on the login screen if needed.
- Need access: ask your TFS Docs system administrator to verify your account, role, and device authorization.
- Missing trips or documents: refresh the app and confirm you are signed in with the correct authorized account.
- App or sync problem: report the device type, app/browser version, time of the issue, and what action failed.
