TFS Docs Privacy Policy

TFS Docs is an internal flight-operations document and support application for authorized users. This policy explains what information the app and supporting web services use to provide scheduling, operational documents, trip, crew, reporting, and related app functionality.

Information We Collect

• Account and access information: username/email, authentication session details, role, permissions, and login status.
• Operational information: trip, flight, crew, aircraft, airport, duty, document, reporting, and service information entered or managed by authorized users.
• App data and cache: downloaded documents, document manifests, meal-limit/per-diem information, trip-message/cache state, settings, and version/status data.
• Diagnostics: basic technical details such as refresh status, download status, error details, and service responses used to troubleshoot and maintain the app.

How We Use Information

• To authenticate users and enforce role-based access.
• To provide flight scheduling, operational document access, reporting, and crew-support features.
• To support offline or low-connectivity use through local app caching.
• To maintain reliability, troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, and protect operational data.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information is used for internal operational purposes and may be processed by infrastructure, hosting, or support providers that help operate the service.

Data Storage

The mobile app may store authentication state, downloaded documents, cached manifests, settings, trip data, and related operational data on the device. Users can sign out or remove the app to clear locally stored app data from the device.

Children's Privacy

TFS is intended for authorized business users and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app or service changes. The updated policy will be posted at this URL.
